O'Neill & Brennan are currently recruiting a Site Manager for a commercial refurb project in Manchester. Candidates MUST have experience in complex, high end, commercial projects and must have minimum 5 years’ experience in a Site Manager/Supervisor Role. The Role: Reporting to Project Manager Supervise daily site activity. Ensuring all works are of a high standard. Raising RFI's and instructions Toolbox talks and inductions. Review and update construction phase plan Maintain weekly site progress Diary. Ensuring high standards of Health and Safety Requirements: Site Management experience with trade background or construction management degree. Main contracting experience. Experience working on Façade, brickwork, externals and refurbishment projects. SMSTS. CSCS Card. First Aid.
