This is a genuine career opportunity - we will develop you into a fully-fledged Recruitment Consultant and, for the right person, there is clear progression into senior consultant and management positions. The Role You'll support our recruitment and business development teams by: Sourcing, interviewing and placing industrial and driving candidates Advertising roles across job boards and social media Building relationships with clients and candidates Learning how to win new business and grow accounts Managing temp workers and supporting live client projectsFull training provided - no recruitment experience needed.
