Principal Surveyor (RICS Chartered) Hybrid | National Travel | Up to £70,000 + Car (or £ value) + 20% Bonus + Benefits Full-Time | Permanent Would suit locations: Midlands, Staffordshire etc areas to facilitate nationwide travel We’re seeking an experienced RICS‑Chartered Building Surveyor to step into a senior role leading survey activity, capital project input and asset strategy across a diverse national estate. If you have public sector or secure‑environment experience and enjoy managing people and stakeholders, this is an exceptional opportunity.
