Retail Construction Project Manager

A great opportunity has arisen for a construction project manager to join a leading consultancy at the forefront of the industry. Job Description: To manage and deliver the design and implementation of retail highway and car park related projects from feasibility through to construction and handover, programme, budget, quality, and health & safety requirements around the UK. High level of communication across all levels of management, to develop and establish a brief for the project that clearly defines all objectives. Setting of measurable objectives and timelines of all elements within the projects; and managing other consultant disciplines and contractors to ensure delivery to cost, time and quality standards. Maintain records and work folders - ensuring all work is checked and appropriately approved for distribution. Managing of all retail construction / re-development projects in a live environment. Through engagement and consultation with our client and their stakeholder's Chair meetings, both internally and externally to capture actions and ensure these are closed out.
