Customer Experience Advisor (Sales Focus) £34,270 OTE | £25,480 basic + uncapped commission Rotherham – S63 | On-site Some people call it customer service. Others call it sales. In reality, it’s about helping customers make better decisions — and being rewarded for it. This role sits right in the middle. You’ll take inbound calls from existing customers, deal with queries, renewals and upgrades, and spot opportunities where a better product or service genuinely makes sense. No cold calling. No guesswork. Just conversations, outcomes, and clear targets. The day-to-day * Speak with customers who are already using the service * Resolve queries, manage renewals and discuss upgrade options * Ask the right questions to understand what the customer actually needs * Use multiple systems accurately while keeping the conversation flowing * Work towards sales and quality measures that are clear and achievable You’ll fit well if you… * Enjoy talking to people and influencing decisions * Like working towards goals and seeing the results in your pay * Can balance sales with good customer outcomes * Are comfortable learning new systems and processes * Want structure, support and progression — not chaos Previous customer service or sales experience is useful, but not essential. Training is provided.
