The Role: Working closely with the office team, the Office Assistant will provide essential administrative and customer support, helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the business. Key responsibilities include: Handling incoming calls, dealing with general enquiries, and taking messages Creating paperwork from service schedules for maintenance and recorded defects Maintaining online filing systems and inputting paper records into the in-house CRM Booking skips and supporting operational requirements Assisting with general ad hoc administrative tasks as required Person Specification: Strong IT skills, proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Confident and proactive, with a positive mindset and eagerness to learn Excellent written and verbal communication skills Well-organised with strong attention to detail Flexible, adaptable, and a strong team player The Package: Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm (1 hour lunch) Starting salary from £26,500 DOE 28 days holiday (including bank holidays), optional overtime, free onsite parking Training and progression opportunities If you’re looking to grow your career in a professional, expanding business, apply now to learn more and take the next step in your administrative career
