The Role You will operate as a 360 Recruitment Consultant within your sector specialism, managing both temporary and permanent recruitment across England. Benefits & Rewards * Highly competitive basic salary (based on experience) * Uncapped commission structure * Excellent earning potential well above industry average * Clear career progression as the business grows * Supportive, expert-led recruitment environment Key Responsibilities * Business development: identifying new opportunities, making outbound calls, and arranging meetings with new and existing clients * Providing consultative recruitment advice based on current market trends * Building long-term client relationships and maintaining A1 Jobs’ strong reputation * Sourcing, interviewing, and managing a portfolio of candidates * Conducting pre-screen calls and face-to-face interviews * Sending CVs to clients for live and speculative roles * Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy advertising to offer negotiation * Achieving revenue and billing targets Ideal Candidate * Proven recruitment experience within an agency environment (essential) * Strong B2B sales background with demonstrable success * IT recruitment sector knowledge, with the ambition to grow this division * Established client and candidate contacts within your sector * Consistent history of billing against targets * Confident user of CRM / ATS systems * Strong teamwork skills * Excellent written and verbal communication * Self-motivated, resilient, and driven to succeed If you would like further information about this exciting opportunity, please submit your CV in strict confidence, and we will be in touch
