Project Manager

Project Manager Our client is a leading business in the design and delivery of custom subsea systems and instruments for some of the most demanding industries-Energy, Ocean Science, Defence, and Offshore Renewables. They are looking for a Project Manager who has proven experience in overseeing the design and manufacturing of high value, low volume products. Main Responsibilities for the Project Manager: * Own the project lifecycle - from planning and resourcing to delivery * As the Project Manager you will create and implement Project Management Plans with clear scope, milestones, and budgets * Lead gateway reviews, manage risks, and ensure compliance with ISO9001 * Liaise directly with customers and stakeholders to guarantee satisfaction * Support bids with work breakdowns, schedules, and budgets * Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and team development Experience needed for this Project Manager role: * Proven project management expertise in an engineering environment * Strong leadership, delegation, and negotiation skills * Excellent communication - confident with customers and stakeholders * Degree in Engineering (BSc/BEng) or equivalent * Project management certification (APM PMQ, PRINCE2 or similar) * Experience managing low-volume bespoke engineering solutions * Knowledge of harsh environment design and integration projects If you are intrested in this Project Manager role, please apply today!
