This is a high-profile Central London mobile role, supporting a varied and interesting commercial portfolio — not endless travel, not unrealistic workloads, just well-planned sites and a supportive management structure. What You’ll Be Doing * Delivering first-class reactive and planned plumbing maintenance * Working across commercial offices, mixed-use buildings, and premium assets * Maintaining and repairing hot & cold water systems, sanitary ware, valves, pumps, and drainage * Diagnosing faults quickly and providing effective long-term fixes * Using a CAFM system to log works accurately and efficiently * Representing the company professionally with clients and building managers What We’re Looking For * NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent) * Solid experience within commercial FM / building services * Strong knowledge of water hygiene and compliance standards * A full UK driving licence * A proactive, reliable engineer who takes pride in their work What’s In It For You * Salary circa £45,000 (depending on experience) * Company van + fuel card * Excellent benefits package (pension, holidays, extras) * Paid overtime opportunities * Ongoing training, upskilling, and career progression * A company culture that genuinely supports its engineers This is a rare opportunity to join a business where engineers are trusted, workloads are manageable, and quality comes before quantity
