Our client in Swanley is looking for a reliable, friendly, and hard‑working 3.5T Delivery Driver to join their growing team. You’ll be part of a two‑person crew, delivering goods directly to customers’ homes, so being personable, polite, and a strong communicator really matters. £15 per hour – paid weekly Monday to Saturday with one day off during the week Heavy lifting – ideal if you enjoy physical work Two‑person home delivery crew – teamwork is everything Temporary role with a Temp‑to‑Perm opportunity for the right person Immediate start availableThe Role: Carrying out multi drop driver duties across the region Delivering items as a home delivery driver alongside your crew partner, including heavy lifting Providing excellent customer service at every doorstep Keeping communication clear and professional throughout the day Maintaining a safe, tidy, and compliant vehicleWhat we’re looking for: Experience as a van driver or in a similar delivery role Someone physically fit and comfortable with manual handling A genuine team player who works well with others Friendly, approachable, and confident speaking with customers Reliable, punctual, and committed to high standards Valid UK drivers licence (manual) NO DR, DG or TT endorsements
