As a Lettings Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of high performing lettings agents, manage profitability and driving business growth. This is an excellent opportunity to run the branch as if it were your own, making it a success. For this role, we can also consider strong listers or Assistant Managers. Responsibilities for the position of Lettings Manager: Motivate, coach, and inspire your team to achieve their goals Coach the team to deliver an outstanding service to landlords and tenants.
