Manufacturing Operative (Cleaning Focus) 📍 Swindon 💷 £13.28 per hour 🕒 Monday-Friday | Early (07:00-15:00) or Late (14:45-22:45) We are recruiting a Manufacturing Operative to work in a clean, regulated pharmaceutical environment, with a strong focus on cleaning and hygiene duties. Key Duties: Cleaning production areas and equipment to strict procedures Following gowning, hygiene, and cleaning SOPs Preparing and using cleaning materials correctly Moving materials safely into controlled areas Completing basic documentation and reporting issues Supporting packaging and production tasks when requiredRequirements: Good attention to detail and ability to follow procedures Basic numeracy and literacy Experience in regulated environments (pharma, food, manufacturing) preferred but not essential Comfortable with repetitive work and standing for long periodsFull training provided.
