CNC Setter Operator

Mazco Recruitment are currently working with a well-established precision engineering company in Knutsford who are looking to recruit an experienced CNC Setter / Operator on a permanent basis. The Role: * Setting and operating CNC machines * Working with Fanuc or HAAS controls * Producing precision components to tight tolerances * Carrying out basic quality checks using measuring equipment * Working from engineering drawings * Ensuring high standards of housekeeping and health & safety The Ideal Candidate: * Proven experience as a CNC Setter / Operator * Confident with Fanuc or HAAS control systems * Able to read and interpret engineering drawings * Strong attention to detail and quality-focused * Reliable and able to work independently What’s on Offer: * Competitive hourly rate £15 – £19 per hour, depending on experience * Day shift only – excellent work-life balance * Overtime opportunities (where available) * Stable, long-term opportunity with a reputable employer
