Role Overview They are now seeking a skilled Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst to join their East Kilbride team. This dual-role position involves both site-based asbestos surveying and air monitoring duties across domestic, commercial and industrial sites, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and standards. Key Responsibilities: Conduct Management, Refurbishment and Demolition Surveys (HSG264 compliant) Perform air monitoring, 4-stage clearances, leak testing, smoke testing and reassurance sampling Produce accurate, detailed survey and analytical reports Communicate professionally with clients, contractors and internal colleagues Ensure all work meets current legislation, HSE guidance and UKAS procedures Maintain high technical standards and contribute to ongoing team development Requirements: BOHS P402, P403 and P404 (or equivalent qualifications) Proven experience in both asbestos surveying and analytical work within a UKAS-accredited organisation Strong understanding of asbestos legislation and compliance requirements Excellent written and verbal communication skills Full UK driving licence For more information or to apply, contact Aidan Morgan at Penguin Recruitment, or send your CV to for immediate consideration
