Quantity Surveyor Construction Cost Consultancy Location: Newcastle upon Tyne – Hybrid Salary: Up to 50k + Electric Car Salary Sacrifice / Car Allowance + Bonus + Benefits Are you an ambitious Quantity Surveyor—chartered with the RICS or working towards it—looking for a fast-track opportunity to progress to Associate Director? The majority of their work comes from repeat business—a testament to their long-standing partnerships and outstanding reputation within the construction industry About the Role You’ll join a small, collaborative team delivering full pre- and post-contract Quantity Surveying services across multiple projects, predominantly within the healthcare sector. Projects range from £500k to £300m, working with both tier 1 and regional main contractors. You’ll play a key role in managing these projects from initial enquiry through to handover, ensuring value engineering, cost control, and budget integrity throughout.
