Electrical Project Manager Location: Staffordshire Salary: Attractive Salary + Package + Benefits Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established electrical contractor based in the Staffordshire region for an experienced Electrical Project Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing and professional team delivering high-quality electrical installations across retail, commercial, and industrial sectors. Role Overview: The successful candidate will oversee multiple electrical projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. The role is predominantly office-based, with site visits required once or twice a week to monitor progress, coordinate with clients, and support site teams. Key Responsibilities: * Managing electrical installation projects across retail, commercial, and industrial environments * Planning, budgeting, and scheduling project activities * Liaising with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery * Overseeing procurement of materials and coordination of labour * Ensuring compliance with electrical regulations, health & safety standards, and company procedures * Conducting regular site visits (1–2 times per week) to review progress and resolve issues * Providing technical support and problem-solving guidance throughout the project lifecycle Essential Experience & Skills: * Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager * Strong background in retail electrical projects * Additional experience working on commercial and industrial electrical installations * Excellent organisational and communication skills * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously * Strong understanding of BS7671 and relevant health & safety legislation * Full UK driving licence What’s on Offer: * Competitive salary based on experience * Supportive working environment * Opportunity to work on a diverse range of high-profile electrical projects If you’re an experienced Electrical Project Manager looking for your next challenge, please apply with your CV or contact Leigh for more information
