Location: City Centre Office Salary: £26,500 – £28,000 + Bonus Benefits: 28 Days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays | Dedicated Compliance Support | Professional & Collaborative Environment We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our Health & Social Care division. This role is ideal for an individual with experience or a strong interest in the adult or children’s Health & Social Care sector who is looking to develop a long-term career in recruitment. Working from our modern city centre office, you will receive structured training and ongoing support to develop the skills required to progress into a full 360 recruitment role. You will support the delivery of a compliant, efficient, and high-quality temporary staffing service. Key Responsibilities • Support the management and development of a temporary Health & Social Care recruitment desk (adult or children’s services) • Assist with building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients • Source, screen, interview, and register candidates for temporary assignments • Coordinate candidate bookings and maintain accurate records • Work closely with the dedicated compliance team to ensure all placements meet regulatory and quality standards • Participate in the on-call service rota, providing out-of-hours support when required • Assist with and carry out weekly payroll processes with accuracy and attention to detail • Work towards individual and team performance targets while maintaining high service standards Candidate Requirements • Experience or strong interest in adult or children’s Health & Social Care • Excellent communication and organisational skills • A professional, proactive, and reliable approach to work • Strong attention to detail, particularly in administrative and payroll tasks • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment • Motivated, resilient, and eager to learn and develop within recruitment What We Offer • Competitive salary of £26,500 – £28,000 depending on experience • Bonus structure rewarding strong performance • 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays • Full training, mentoring, and clear career progression opportunities • Ongoing support from an experienced compliance team • A professional and collaborative working environment in a central office location How to Apply Please submit your CV for consideration
