Site Manager – External Refurbishments * Location: Near West London * Client: LB Kensington & Chelsea * Salary: Up to £65,000 + Car Allowance + Fuel Card Role A Leading Property Services company is seeking an experienced and driven Site Manager to join their team due to continued company growth. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a high-profile external refurbishment project for LB Kensington & Chelsea, working with a well-established contractor known for delivering quality social housing and public-sector projects. The Role As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities * Manage all on-site activities for external refurbishment works * Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and direct labour * Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures * Monitor programme, progress, and quality of works * Liaise with clients, residents, consultants, and internal teams * Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks, and progress meetings * Maintain accurate site records and reporting Requirements * Proven experience as a Site Manager within external refurbishment or planned maintenance projects * Strong knowledge of external works (e.g. roofing, cladding, windows, façades, decorations) * Experience working on social housing or local authority projects preferred * SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold), and First Aid certificates * Excellent communication and leadership skills * Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a live environment What’s on Offer * Competitive salary up to £65,000 + car allowance + fuel card * Opportunity to work on a prestigious local authority project * Long-term career progression with a growing contractor * Supportive and professional working environment
