UK-based main contractor seeking an experienced freelance groundworks estimator to support tenders with quantity take-offs only. Scope includes earthworks, drainage and foundations. Role is strictly measurement-focused — no pricing, QS duties, site involvement or commercial management. You’ll be provided with full surveys and drawings, clear deadlines and a single technical point of contact. Requirements: • Strong groundworks / civils background • Proven take-off experience (earthworks, drainage, foundations) • EarthWorks software essential • Able to work independently to fixed deadlines Flexible freelance workload with repeat opportunities for the right person
