Analyst – Credit and Collections Job Description: We are seeking a fluent Arabic-speaking Analyst to join a dynamic Financial Services team on a hybrid basis. The ideal candidate is a motivated team player, preferably educated to degree level or with relevant experience. You will help manage reporting requirements, streamline processes, and support change management initiatives for credit teams across EMEA. Key Responsibilities: * Support the new account review process, including risk assessment and analysis of business financials * Set up customer accounts across EMEA in compliance with local regulations * Monitor and maintain appropriate risk levels, completing risk reviews of customer accounts * Support account setups for complex global accounts, including use of Master Service Agreements and Service Level Agreements * Maintain controls to protect against fraud * Ensure compliance with credit policies and provide actionable recommendations * Continuously monitor and review existing credit relationships, identifying issues and recommending adjustments * Maintain and update daily, weekly, and monthly reporting * Build and manage internal stakeholder relationships * Report on customer payment performance to internal and external stakeholders * Examine new data sources, assess benefits to current strategies, and share findings with stakeholders * Collaborate with management on the development of credit risk policies and procedures * Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field * Professional certification in credit management (CICM or similar) preferred * Experience required in credit risk, accounting, finance, supply chain, or general business * Experience required with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel (advanced), and Power BI * Microsoft Access/SQL knowledge preferred * Preferred Skills/Experience: * Fluent Arabic (reading and speaking) * Previous credit risk experience desirable * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Highly organized with ability to prioritize workload * Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple tasks * Strong stakeholder management and communication skills About the Team: The team operates in a fast-moving financial services environment supporting global operations.
