Part Time Gujarati Cook

Part-Time Gujarati Cook and Cleaner Location: Wistow, Leicestershire We are looking for a reliable part-time Gujarati cook and cleaner for a private family home in Wistow, Leicestershire. You will be expected to prepare a range of traditional Indian dishes including Thepla, Bajra, Rotli, Dhokla, and curries, as well as carry out household cleaning duties. Duties * Prepare a variety of authentic Gujarati dishes * Portion and freeze meals for later use * Plan and agree weekly menus * Shop for ingredients required for cooking * Clean and leave the kitchen as found * General household cleaning Working Hours (some flexibility can be discussed) * Approximately 12 hours per week * Split as: Monday (5 hrs), Wednesday (3 hrs), Friday (4 hrs) * Start times can be discussed but must be in the morning * Kitchen surfaces to be cleaned before cooking on all working days * Monday and Friday cleaning to include: vacuuming all downstairs areas, mopping hard floors (kitchen, utility, downstairs toilet), and cleaning the downstairs toilet Employment The successful candidate will be employed by the company and paid via PAYE. Pay £15.00 per hour, plus pro-rata holiday entitlement based on 25 days (5 weeks) per year.
