Salary: £30,000 - £33,000 DOE Location: Aberdeen Type: Full-time, Permanent Are you experienced in hire desk, trade counter, or internal sales? Do you enjoy delivering excellent customer service while managing the full hire process? This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established business with a strong foothold and well respected brand in their market. About the Role You'll be the first point of contact for customer enquiries, managing the end-to-end hire process, from initial query to material and equipment delivery and off-hire. This role combines customer service, administration, and sales, so we're looking for someone who is proactive, organised, and commercially aware. Key Responsibilities Handle incoming calls, emails, and face-to-face enquiries Convert enquiries into profitable hires and upsell where possible Prepare hire paperwork, contracts, and delivery documentation Manage CRM and hire software systems (training provided) Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams What We're Looking For Previous experience in hire desk, trade counter, or internal sales (essential). Strong communication and organisational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks. Customer-focused with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
