We partner with specialist schools, mainstream provisions, SEN units, and alternative settings that support children with: Complex Needs Down Syndrome Autism (ASD) Profound & Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD) Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD)Whether you're new to education, have care/support experience, or are an experienced SEN professional, we want to hear from you. These roles are perfect for both male and female candidates who are committed to making a real difference in young people's lives. What You'll Be Doing Providing 1:1 or small-group support Assisting with communication, sensory activities, and structured routines Supporting pupils with personal care (where required) Collaborating with teachers, therapists, and wider SEN teams Helping create a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment Using creative approaches (play, music, movement, visuals) to support learningIdeal Candidates Will Have: Entry-Level / No Experience? No Problem! We welcome individuals from backgrounds such as: Care, youth work, sports coaching, psychology students, social care, nursery, or ANY role where you've worked with people. Full training, guidance, and ongoing support provided.
