Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced Local Authority Designated Officer (LADO) to join Camden Council. Duties and Responsibilities: * Managing and overseeing allegations made against individuals working with children in line with statutory guidance. * Coordinating multi-agency safeguarding responses, ensuring timely information-sharing and decision-making. * Providing specialist safeguarding advice to managers, employers, and partner agencies. * Ensuring all cases are managed effectively, recorded accurately, and progressed within required timescales. * Upholding best practice standards, ensuring compliance with local and national safeguarding procedures. Working Pattern: * Hybrid working. Pay Rate: * £45.20 p/h Umbrella. Essential Requirements: * Extensive experience in safeguarding and managing allegations processes. * Strong understanding of statutory guidance and local procedures. * Ability to coordinate complex multi-agency cases confidently. * Up-to-date knowledge of safeguarding legislation and thresholds.
