General Production Operative

We are actively seeking applications General Production Operatives keen to take up a career within one of Europe’s leading food processing companies. Along with a salary of £12.21 per hour, you will also receive: Large free Car Parking Free Refreshments (Tea and Coffee) Onsite Canteen Weekly Pay Permanent Full-Time work PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) provided Company Pension Scheme (Nest) Staff Shop Death in Service Benefit Full training is provided Full time and part time hours are available.  Full time is 40 hours per week, and shift operates from Monday to Friday, 3.15pm to 11.45pm As General Production Operative, your responsibilities will include: Following and being aware of the departmental Standard Operating Procedures Maintaining the pace of work in line with production needs in terms of filling bags and crates with products Working with the Manager and Team to achieve the department targets Ensuring customer and company specifications are achieved Working to a clean as you go policy, ensuring your work area is kept clean at all times and ensure it is clear when production is finished Promoting and maintaining Health, Safety and Hygiene standards in accordance with company rules and regulations.
