We are considering applications for temporary, short-term, part-time, full-time and permanent positions. What You'll Be Doing: Teaching engaging Geography lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (with A-Level Geography opportunities in some schools) Planning creative and dynamic lessons that develop student's understanding of physical, human, and environmental geography Using real-world case studies, map skills, GIS, and fieldwork approaches to bring the subject to life Adapting teaching to meet the needs of mixed-ability learners Working collaboratively within a supportive Humanities department to share resources and best practice Supporting or leading extra-curricular activities such as geography clubs, fieldwork trips, or environmental projects About You: A qualified Geography teacher (QTS/QTLS or equivalent) specialising in Geography or Humanities Confident teaching the national curriculum for Geography and preparing students for GCSE exams (and potentially A-Levels) Passionate about making Geography relevant, engaging, and accessible for all learners Committed to supporting students in developing strong locational knowledge, enquiry skills, and global awareness A positive team player who contributes to department and whole-school life Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are warmly encouraged to apply - full support will be provided throughout your induction.
