Management Accountant – Scunthorpe –£35,000 + Bonus Chase & Holland are delighted to be partnering with a forward-thinking manufacturing business in Scunthorpe as they look to welcome a motivated Management Accountant into their Finance Team.   Benefits:   Bonus Study support Pension Early finish on a Friday What You’ll Be Doing   Overall responsibility for the company’s transactional recording and management accounting Management of the company bank account, including bank reconciliations and setting up of payments Management of the company purchase ledger, including statement reconciliations Management of the company sales ledger, including credit control and debt collection Maintenance of the company fixed asset register Perform month-end processes including prepayments, accruals, depreciation and balance sheet reconciliations, and prepare the month-end management information pack for review Management of the invoice discounting facility and monthly reconciliations Analysis of monthly credit card expenditure Collation of monthly payroll information to submit to the outsourced provider Lead periodic stocktakes and reconciled to the system Develop the ERP system to improve reporting and insights into business operations Assist with the year-end financial audits Collaborate with other departments to improve both business efficiency and financial performance Review costs to identify areas for cost reduction What We’re Looking For   AAT qualified or working towards ACCA or CIMA Proven experience in an all-round finance role with management accounting Strong knowledge of month-end processes Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with a strong commitment to continuous improvement Excellent communication and organisational skills
