Class 1 Driver

Kenect Recruitment looking for reliable and professional Class 1 HGV Drivers to join our logistics team in Sherburn in Elmet. You will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of goods across regional and national routes, working with a modern fleet and supported by a friendly transport team. Class 1 Driver Key Responsibilities * Carry out daily vehicle checks and report defects * Ensure loads are secured and paperwork is completed accurately * Maintain high standards of safety and professionalism * Adhere to UK driving regulations, Working Time Directive, and company policies Class 1 Driver Requirements * Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence * Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card * Minimum 6 months of Class 1 experience preferred (flexible depending on contract) * Good communication skills and a professional attitude * No more than 6 penalty points (no DR, IN, or DD endorsements) Class 1 Driver Shift Patterns Available * AFTERNOONS Monday - Friday / Sunday - Thursday 1PM START If you are interested please click apply and call office on (phone number removed)
