Children Looked After Social Worker Devon County Council (South & West) Up to £38 per hour We are seeking Experienced Social Workers to join our South & West teams, supporting children and young people in our care. Focussing on family-led outcomes, you will build and maintain positive relationships with children and young people to achieve safety and stability. Requirements * A social work qualification and registration with Social Work England. * Satisfactory completion of your ASYE. * Experience working within social care, including working in a multi-agency and court environment. * Good written and verbal communication skills. * Knowledge of legislation, models, and theories relevant to children’s social work. * Good assessment, recording, and SMART planning skills. * A valid driving licence and access to a car. Working Arrangements * Primary Locations: South & West Devon. * Hybrid Working: Available, to be discussed during the interview. * Social Workers need to be available to cover their allocations and visit children as necessary to meet service needs
