Behaviour Mentor

A friendly and supportive primary school in Ealing is seeking a confident, patient and proactive Behaviour Mentor to join their team from January 2026. This is a full-time role working closely with pupils who need additional support with behaviour, emotional regulation and engagement in learning. The Role Provide 1:1 and small-group behaviour support Build positive, trusting relationships with pupils Implement behaviour strategies and personalised support plans Assist with de-escalation and emotional regulation Encourage positive learning habits, resilience and independence Work closely with teachers, pastoral leads and the SENCO Help maintain a calm, safe and inclusive school environment About You Experience supporting children with behavioural or emotional needs (school, youth work or similar) Calm, patient and consistent in your approach Strong communication and rapport-building skills Ability to set clear boundaries and be a positive role model Reliable, enthusiastic, and committed to helping children succeed The School Offers A warm, welcoming and inclusive atmosphere Supportive leadership and pastoral team Ongoing training and development opportunities A fulfilling role where you can make a real difference every day Role Details Location: Ealing Start Date: January 2026 Hours: Full-time, term-time Position: Behaviour Mentor If you are passionate about supporting children and want to be part of a caring school community, we would love to hear from you.
