Job Description We are looking for a proactive and organised Recruitment Resourcer to join our growing team at REC Source — a compliance-led, technology-driven agency specialising in industrial and driving recruitment. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with experience in recruitment who enjoys speaking with people, staying organised, and contributing to a high-performing team. You’ll be based at our Romford branch. Requirements * Previous experience in a recruitment or resourcing role (required) * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Highly organised with strong admin accuracy * Confident phone manner and proactive attitude * Able to thrive in a fast-paced and high-volume environment * Motivated to progress into a Consultant or Business Development role Key Responsibilities * Source and engage candidates for industrial, driving, logistics and warehouse roles * Post job adverts, manage inbound applications, and conduct screening calls * Maintain candidate availability logs using our internal platform (QBIS) * Support the team with bookings, compliance checks and timesheet coordination * Liaise professionally with candidates and colleagues across the business Salary Package * Pay: £22,500–£25,000 per annum (DOE) + Benefits Benefits * Structured career progression path to Recruitment Consultant or BDM * Work with our in-house recruitment platform – reduces admin, improves delivery * GLAA Licensed & ISO9001 Certified – work with a quality-led agency * Strong internal support from compliance and payroll * Friendly, team-oriented workplace culture * Convenient branch locations in Romford & Wembley How to apply * Click “Apply Now” to submit your CV.
