Assistant Site Manager


Fomac agency require an experienced assistant site manager to join a team working initially on a site in Hammersmith and then working across various other projects/sites. The project is a refurbishment for commercial to residential apartments. Job Details: Role: Assistant Site Manager Location: Various- typically site based and initial project site in Hammersmith Start: Immediate Salary: Negotiable (DOE) Requirements: * Proven experience in a similar site based role * Experience with residential projects preferred * Degree in Construction Management/Engineering/Architecture/Built Environment or equivalent qualification/experience in constructionrelated discipline * Have completed or be in the process of obtaining a relevant NVQ in a construction related discipline. * Strong understanding of construction processes and H&S regulations * SMSTS, CSCS card (essential) * First Aid at Work (essential) * Excellent communication and organisational skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office * Proactive, reliable, and a strong team player * Right to work in UK Key Responsibilities: * Assist in managing day to day site operations and logistics * Support coordination and supervision of subcontractor activities * Monitor quality and progress against programme milestones * Conduct site inductions and enforce H&S compliance * Track deliveries and manage materials onsite * Assist with snagging, handover and closeout procedures * Maintain accurate site records and reporting Please apply with your CV
