Senior Recruitment Consultant – Thame, Oxfordshire (Hybrid) £35,000–£45,000 + company bonuses + performance bonuses Twoscore Recruitment is a specialist search firm in the Health & Safety sector, supporting clients across the UK and internationally. We’re growing and looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant who can take a lead role in shaping delivery, mentoring others, and helping build the next phase of our team. About the Role You’ll run a high-quality recruitment desk within a defined niche while contributing to the structure and capability of the wider team. This is a hands-on role with room to develop into a leadership position as we scale.
