The Position – SEN Teaching Assistant Qualiteach are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant with strong experience supporting children with autism to join our primary school team. The ideal candidate will be confident working 1:1 and in small groups, able to follow support plans, and skilled in using strategies to help pupils regulate, engage, and make progress. You should be patient, proactive, and passionate about inclusive education. Experience with communication tools, sensory needs, and ASD behaviours is essential. This is a full-time, long-term role offering the chance to make a real difference to a child’s development and daily learning.
