Multi Skilled Operative Location: Staines Full Time Permanent Salary up to £38,000 per annum, plus, company van & fuel card 42.5 hours per week (8-5 Monday -Friday) Build Recruitment are looking for an experienced Multi trade operative to join a leading social housing contractor, delivering high-quality reactive maintenance work across occupied and void properties. Day to day duties: Carrying out reactive plumbing repairs in occupied properties  Undertaking 1st and 2nd fix plumbing Fixing leaks and leak detection Installing bath panels, pipe work, taps Providing high levels of customer care at all times General Carpentry repairs Wall tiling Painting & Decorating General PlasteringRole Criteria: Core Trade in Plumbing Experience in Plastering, Tiling, Painting & Decorating & Carpentry Worked within social housing UK Full driving licenseCandidates should be aware that all our roles are subject to relevant Background, Identity & Security checks before commencement of employment. To drive a company, you must be aged over 21 have held your licence over 3 months and have less than 9 points.
