Buyer – Leeds - £35,000 - £45,000   Chase & Holland are delighted to support one of our clients in the West Yorkshire area in the recruitment of a Buyer to join their multi award-winning organisation. The Buyer is a member of the Supply Chain Team and will be joining during a period of significant growth. You will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating and the best pricing and supply partnerships.   Benefits: Annual leave: 23 days, increasing to 25 with continued service, plus all bank holidays Pension: 3% employer contribution and 5% employee contribution Contemporary workspace featuring collaborative breakout areas Complimentary snacks and breakfast options available on-site Flexible working arrangements to help maintain a positive work–life balance Professional growth opportunities, including funded qualifications relevant to your role  Main duties and responsibilities: Purchase and source products to ensure consistent stock availability Negotiate supplier pricing, terms, and agreements to achieve favourable outcomes Track supplier performance and manage any issues that arise Review inventory levels and generate purchase orders as required Identify cost-saving and efficiency opportunities within the supply chain Provide the sales team with accurate pricing and supply updates Keep ERP system records up to date and accurate Support ongoing improvement initiatives across supply chain operations  Required experience: Experience in a similar position ideally within a fast paced environment Excellent Excel skills Proactive and positive attitude A desire to learn, develop and grow  If you are interested in finding out more about this exciting Buyer opportunity, please click ‘apply now’.
