Operations Executive

Salary: up to £35,000 Location: Berkshire, Hybrid (working 3 days from the office, 2 days from home) I am excited to be partnering with a fast-growing medical devices manufacturer, who has already established themselves on an international scale and are looking for an Operations Executive to join their team in Berkshire. They have already built a robust e-commerce presence, whilst also continuing to expand within the b2b space. In this role, you will support the smooth- running of the supply chain activities through administrative duties outlined below. In this role, You will:  Maintain and update all WSSIs, providing recommendations on required actions to ensure optimum stock levels across markets.   Raise and manage all purchase orders in NetSuite, overseeing inbound/outbound deliveries and ensuring accurate stock, serial-number, and shipment documentation.   Own the day-to-day supply chain flow, including forecasting sales, monitoring stock, updating shipment schedules, and supporting wider business functions as needed.   Manage relationships with 3PL partners, ensuring smooth coordination of logistics, deliveries, and stock movements.   Provide cross-functional operational support, including BOM updates, marketing bundle setup, systems administration, and general operations support across the business.  About you: 2+ years of experience in a supply chain, merchandising, logistics or planning environment Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) Strong communication skills and well-organised Ability to work under pressure and be proactive
