A welcoming and inclusive Welsh school in Newport is seeking enthusiastic Welsh-speaking education staff to join them as soon as possible. These long-term and flexible opportunities are available across Primary, Secondary and SEN settings. The schools are looking to speak with candidates of all experience levels, whether you are a qualified teacher, an experienced support assistant, or someone looking to begin their career in education. Key Responsibilities: * Support pupils’ learning through the Welsh language across a range of subjects * Assist teachers in planning, delivering and assessing engaging lessons * Lead classes where required as a Cover Supervisor or Teacher * Provide tailored support to pupils with additional learning needs * Contribute to a positive, inclusive and Welsh-rich learning environment * Work collaboratively as part of a supportive school team The Ideal Candidate Will Have: * Fluent Welsh language skills (spoken and written) * A passion for promoting Welsh-medium education * Reliability, enthusiasm and flexibility * The ability to build strong relationships with pupils and staff * Experience in a school setting, or a desire to gain experience in one Safeguarding & Compliance: All applications are subject to Zen Educate’s strict safeguarding checks, including: * Right to work in the UK * Two recent references * Enhanced DBS check * EWC registration (which we can help you obtain) Zen Educate is acting as an employment business in relation to this vacancy.
