Senior Marketing Executive Our client is a specialist recruitment firm operating across life sciences, energy, and infrastructure sectors with offices in the UK and US. They are seeking a Senior Marketing Executive to provide essential support during a key transition period in their marketing function. The Role This is a hands-on position for an experienced marketer who thrives in a Agile environment. You'll manage a variety of marketing activities across their global business, ensuring precision and high-quality delivery. Key Responsibilities Edit and produce podcasts Create and manage social media content (especially LinkedIn) Design graphics and marketing materials Update and maintain the website via WordPress Operate and immprove HubSpot CRM Develop and edit marketing content Organise events and manage logistics Build strong relationships with stakeholders across UK and US officesWhat We're Looking For Proven experience in a marketing executive or similar role Proficiency in WordPress, HubSpot, and Adobe Creative Suite Podcast editing skills Strong content creation and social media management experience Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Confident communicator with a professional, credible approach Ability to work at pace and manage multiple prioritiesNice to Have Experience in recruitment or professional services marketing Understanding of B2B marketingPersonal Attributes Agile and adaptable Detail-oriented and organised Self-motivated and independent Articulate and confident in stakeholder interactionsWhy Join Our Client?
