Company * Main contractor with an excellent reputation for delivering high quality projects * Projects are high end residential developments * They undertake bespoke high quality refurbishments on luxury residential properties * Interiors, Exteriors and basement construction * Project values from £2m - £10m * This role is a key addition for the business and you will be an integral part of their future success. * Impressive portfolio of projects, working in London’s most exclusive locations Role * Take full ownership of a new £6m project starting in 2 months * Have responsibility for all commercial aspects * Based on site and in the office, you will be given full support to make sure all commercial elements of the project run successfully * Work closely with operational and design teams * Pre and post contract duties Person specification * You will have worked for a reputable main contractor * Proven history of delivering projects from start to finish * Have had exposure to the full range of commercial duties including * Bespoke High End Residential experience is essential * Worked for a reputable contractor * Excellent negotiation abilities * Have excellent communication skills * Keen and ambitious to progress your career The company are offering an attractive salary and package for the right candidate and are keen to attract candidates that are looking for progression.
