Key Responsibilities: * Deliver pre-set work and ensure students remain engaged and on task. * Create a calm, positive, and supportive learning atmosphere. * Supervise and support students with their learning and manage behaviour effectively. * Work collaboratively with experienced staff who will guide you throughout the role.
