We are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, who will be able to control and maximise parts stock and sales and who is able to approach the role with a commercial mindset. The Role Assisting technicians by looking up parts needed for vehicle repair Answering phone calls and assisting walk-ups and wholesale customers with their part needs Tracking all incoming or outgoing parts for a dealership Locating available parts when the dealership is out of stock Handling part payment collection and making sure all parts are billed appropriately Packaging and shipping parts back to the manufacturer Refer to parts manual to identify the right part for the make and model and year of vehicles being serviced The Successful Individual You have previous working experience as a Parts Advisor or Parts Person within the automotive industry.
