Façade Site Manager – High-Rise Developments (Edinburgh) Contracts Until 2027 Location: Edinburgh Position: Façade Site Manager Contract Duration: Immediate start – 2027 Sector: High-rise residential & commercial developments About the Role We are seeking an experienced Façade Site Manager to join our project team delivering major high-rise developments in Edinburgh. You will oversee all façade packages on site, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and programme delivery across a multi-year construction schedule. This is a key position within a flagship development shaping the Edinburgh skyline, offering long-term security through to 2027. Key Responsibilities * Manage day-to-day façade installation activities on high-rise structures * Coordinate subcontractors, materials, logistics, and site sequencing * Ensure works comply with design specifications, building regulations, and QA processes * Lead site inspections, snagging, and progress reporting * Uphold strict health & safety standards * Interface with project managers, designers, and main contractor teams * Monitor progress against programme and implement corrective actions where needed Requirements * Proven experience as a Façade Site Manager on high-rise or major envelope projects * Strong technical knowledge of façade systems (cladding, curtain walling, insulation, fire-stopping, glazing, etc.) * Comprehensive understanding of UK building regulations & façade safety requirements * Excellent leadership, communication, and subcontractor management skills * CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid (preferred) What We Offer * Long-term contract through to 2027 * Competitive day rate / salary (DOE) * Opportunity to work on landmark Edinburgh projects * Supportive team and strong project pipeline How to Apply Apply using the link below and a member of team will be in touch
