Architectural Technologist Location: Bedford Salary: £30-40,000 An exciting opportunity is available for an Architectural Technologist to join a respected, award-winning multidisciplinary practice based in Bedford. Renowned for delivering imaginative, design-driven projects across the residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors, the practice continues to grow and is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to support a diverse portfolio of high-quality developments. Benefits Flexible working arrangements Profit-share scheme Pension scheme Additional day off for your birthday Healthcare cover after 3 years Key Responsibilities Support the production of accurate technical drawings and coordinated project information Prepare and submit planning applications and building regulations documentation Work closely with consultants, contractors, and the wider project team Conduct site visits and provide technical support throughout construction stages Ensure all work aligns with current UK Building Regulations and industry best practice Skills & Experience HNC/HND or degree in Architectural Technology (or a related discipline) Strong AutoCAD skills; Revit proficiency highly advantageous Experience with residential or commercial projects (academic or professional) Fundamental understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing Excellent communication, coordination, and organisational skills Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a teamTo apply, please call Sophie on (phone number removed) or alternatively, send your CV and Portfolio across to .
