Electrical Site Manager About the role We are looking for an experienced Electrical Site Manager to oversee electrical installation works on a commercial office fit out project. This freelance role requires strong leadership on site, excellent technical understanding, and the ability to drive quality, safety, and programme performance. Key Responsibilities * Manage and oversee all electrical activities on site, including electricians and subcontractors * Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and design information; ensure all works comply with project requirements * Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to ensure high standards of installation * Work closely with the Project Manager, Site Manager, and other trade leads to coordinate sequencing and resolve issues * Ensure full compliance with health & safety policies, including RAMS, PPE requirements, and safe working practices * Review, verify, and ensure accuracy of testing, inspection, and commissioning documentation * Monitor progress against the programme, highlight delays or risks, and drive corrective actions * Support snagging, QA/QC processes, and completion of handover and close-out documentation * Maintain clear and accurate daily/weekly site reports, labour records, and materials tracking Required Qualifications & Skills * Minimum 3 years’ experience supervising or managing electrical works on commercial projects * Proven experience working on office fit out or CAT A/CAT B projects * Valid ECS Gold Card * SSSTS (SMSTS beneficial) * Strong understanding of electrical installation standards, compliance, and commissioning processes * Full UK Driving Licence To Apply Please send your up to date CV to be considered for the Electrical Site Manager position
