Warehouse Supervisor – Night Shift I’m recruiting on behalf of my Client who are based in Leeds for an experienced Supervisor to lead their nights team. The Client offers temperature controlled services to both 3PL providers and manufacturers within the food industry. The position is offered on a temporary to permanent basis. Duties Leading the nights team you will ensure that all the multi-temperature goods are received, picked, loading and despatched efficiently and safely. This is a hands-on position so will involve manual handling/loading/unloading Coordinate and supervise the warehouse activities Motivate a small team Maintain stock accuracy Ensure the temperature control and food standards are met and upheld Complete all paperwork and update systems accordingly Ensure all team members follow health and safety procedures Liaise with Transport effectively and ensure clear handover is documented with the Days Team Candidate Requirements Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role within a warehouse environment (temperature-controlled or food logistics preferred) A hands-on, proactive leader who leads by example and takes pride in doing things right Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling as part of daily duties Strong communication and organisational skills Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Full UK driving licence with no major convictions (required) Forklift licence (advantageous but not essential) Hours of Work Monday - Friday (Apply online only) Salary An hourly payrate of £16.35 will be offered
