Quality Inspector-Engineering

Our client, a precision engineering firm, are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quality/Mechanical Inspector to join their team As a Quality/Mechanical Inspector, you will be responsible for examining, assessing, and verifying the quality and functionality of their bespoke components. Your expertise will play a vital role in ensuring that products meet industry standards and customer requirements. Responsibilities: * Complete inspections in line with technical drawings and product specifications. * Conduct measurements using precision instruments such as: micrometres, vernier callipers, CMM's and other relevant equipment. * Record and document inspection results, report findings to the Quality Manager. Candidate Requirements * Experience in a quality focused mechanical engineering environment * Proficient in interpreting technical drawings, including GD&T * Familiarity with inspection tools and equipment. * Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills Hours of work Monday-Thursday (Apply online only) and Friday (Apply online only). 38 Hours Benefits include free on-site parking, 25 days holiday plus Bank holidays and pension.
