About the Project You’ll be joining the team on a significant redevelopment project in London, delivering high-quality fit-out and refurbishment works. The scheme involves a mix of Cat A and Cat B spaces, structural alterations, and bespoke finishes, a technically complex and high-profile project that offers the perfect environment for an experienced professional to demonstrate leadership. Role Overview – Senior Construction Manager As Senior Construction Manager, you’ll take a leading role in overseeing all aspects of site delivery. Working closely with the project leadership team, you’ll drive the programme forward, ensuring the safe, efficient, and high-quality completion of works. You’ll provide strong leadership to site teams and subcontractors, while maintaining excellent relationships with clients and stakeholders.
