Facilities Maintenance Engineer

Proactive Personnel are looking for a Facilities Maintenance Engineer on a straight permanent basis for our client in Halesowen. Main Responsibly: To ensure that the office, factory and associated facilities are always maintained to the highest possible standards and that the building infrastructure and fabric are robustly protected and cared for, including the operation of ancillary equipment Liaise with facilities contractors. Supervisory of Apprentices team. * Hydraulic Systems: Experience working with hydraulic components. * Maintenance & Repairs: Skilled in installing new belts, rollers, and changing wires on shutter doors, as well as PPM on bay decks. * Mechanical & Electrical Expertise: Proficient in fault diagnosis, repairs, and troubleshooting machinery and building systems. * Health & Safety Compliance: Strong knowledge of safety procedures and risk assessments. * Software & Documentation: Experience with stock management and compliance documentation. Licences & Certifications: * IPAF, PASMA, FLT Licence are preferable
