Established for over 28 years and based between Reading and Basingstoke, our client is a UK leader in luxury cruises, selling packages to people across the UK. They seek a positive, cheerful individual as a Sales Consultant to join the team. The Role As a Sales Consultant your role will be the following: Speak to customers and understand what they are looking for in a cruise and present them with the best option for their requirements. Manage all inbound enquiries and deal with any issues that may arise Convert as many leads as possible into sales Achieve team targets Hours of work are 5 days in 7 (Mondays to Sundays from 9-6 mon-sat and 10-6 on Sundays. You are expected to work 1 weekend in 2, but get time off in the week to compensate The Person This Sales Consultant role requires someone who is likeable, amiable and confident. It is highly likely that you will have previously worked in hospitality or customer services and you must be a car driver.
